My Grandma's Cakes of New England remains fresh for 14 days (after it is baked) when stored on the kitchen counter or in the refrigerator. Refrigeration does not add to the shelf life of the cake. All cakes freeze beautifully for up to six months. My Grandma's Cakes of New England use nothing but the finest ingredients and are never baked on the Jewish Sabbath or high holidays. My Grandma's Coffee Cakes are certified OK Kosher, certified dairy and not Pareve.
