At Beaux Cadeaux, we love to hear from our customers. Our customer service department is open from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. If you can not reach us by phone immediately due to high call volumes, please email or leave us a message. One of our gift consultants will contact you shortly to address your gifting needs. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Substitutions
Beaux Cadeaux reserves the right to substitute products and containers of greater or equal value due to seasonal/product availability or warm weather at no additional charge to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Beaux Cadeaux hopes each of its’ customers is satisfied with their gift purchase, however, due to the sensitive nature of food and products, we do not issue refunds or exchanges on any gift unless damaged due to shipping or delivery. Damages must be reported by the recipient within 24 hours of arrival. Gifts are to be returned to Beaux Cadeaux in its original packaging and the box it was shipped in. Please report any product damages to the respective carrier prior to calling Beaux Cadeaux. After reporting damages to the carrier, recipients must call Beaux Cadeaux for an authorization number prior to making a return before any refunds or exchanges are granted. Gifts returned without this authorization number will not be honored. You may cancel your order prior it being shipped or delivered. If the order has already been shipped or delivered, we can not cancel your order. All cancellations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All custom orders, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Shipping and Delivery
Online Orders
Orders received by 12 pm CST Monday-Friday usually will be shipped the same business day otherwise you will be notified by phone or email if something should occur with your order. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday usually will be shipped on Monday. Count the next day after you order as the 1st business day (Monday-Friday are considered business days).
Terms of Payment
Full payment is due at the time the order is placed. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check, it must clear our bank before your order will be shipped or delivered. There will be a $30.00 NSF charge on all returned checks.
Product Freshness
We guarantee the freshness of food items 30 days after gift purchase. To keep food fresh, please store it in a dry and cool place.

Each gift is custom made at the time of order with the guarantee of product freshness and eye catching designs with each and every delivery. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your order to be delivered or shipped after the order has been placed in addition to your shipping method of choice. A standard rush delivery fee of $15.00 may apply for urgent gift needs on top of your regular shipping method of choice. For the local Memphis area there is a $17.00 rush delivery fee and the Olive Branch/Southaven area is $22.00. Rush delivery shipping does not change the time in which the order is processed. It only changes the amount of time it takes to receive your purchase after the order has been processed.
Our flowers, cookies, and cheesecakes has its own individual standard and rush delivery times. Please refer to each individual item for those delivery times and methods.Due to the summer months, chocolate items are shipped 1-2 day air therefore incurring an additional shipping charge.
To guarantee our gifts arrive in perfect shape to your recipient, we do not ship gifts over the weekend. Any orders placed after 10:00 a.m. on Thursdays will not ship out until Monday. Only gifts coming from our local Memphis facility can be shipped overnight at an additional charge if the order is placed after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday for a Friday delivery. Any local Memphis facility gift orders placed after the Thursday 10:00 a.m. cut off time for shipment will be shipped on Monday. No exceptions.
Hospital Deliveries
We do not recommend shipping to hospitals because we can not guarantee a patient's check-in/release date. The gift is usually sent to a general receiving department before being routed to the patient's/guest's room. It's always best to send the gift to their home address to guarantee delivery. We will honor the request, but it is at the customer's risk and no refunds are given if the patient and/or guest can not be located or has checked out. No exceptions. If the gift is shipped back to Beaux Cadeaux, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to Beaux Cadeaux as well as resending the gift to the customer's home.
Residential Deliveries
Local Residential deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We request the recipient’s phone number so we may arrange a mutual delivery time. If no one is home to receive the delivery, a note will be left at the residence and a second attempt will be made with an additional delivery charge. Gifts will not be left with neighbors or outside unless prior approval is given by the recipient. Beaux Cadeaux is not responsible for any gifts if the recipient chooses this option. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Business Deliveries
Local Business Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If the recipient is not in the office, the gift will be left with the receptionist or office manager. If the business is closed, a second delivery attempt will be made with an additional delivery charge. A signature is required for all deliveries.
